Over the years, HMMRA has established itself as a reputed name in media education. As a result, we have several requests from the industry for candidates for entry level as well as lateral recruitments, apart from internship opportunities. While we do not guarantee placements for all our students, they have an option to be groomed by our placement cell that actively works on enhancing our corporate relations and maximising the placement opportunities at the end of the course. The placement cell will also conduct intensive trainings, workshops and coaching sessions in the areas of:

  • Interviewing skills
  • Grooming and etiquette
  • Presentation skills
  • Communication and public speaking skills
  • Resume writing

These activities will be thin-spread over the duration of the course and students may wish to avail of the training and be considered for placements.

We have also decided to have an open window during the month of February so that media organisations can come and pick our students as per their requirements. This, again, will be on the basis of interviews held by these organisations and the Institute will only help the student groom himself in the best possible manner.

Some of our current batch students have already been placed as interns, part-time and full-time. The remainder of the batch is sitting for various interviews, arranged via our placement cell.
